Double Treat!

Treat! 

DOUBLE treat!

I didn't know whether to put the frosty in the
root beer or the root beer in the frosty??

End result, deliciousness. (It's all good in moderation kids)



Yes, I indulged today. Not typically do I dine at fast food establishments but today I INDULGED a little. I hopped on the that value menu at Wendy's and purchased a small root beer and a small vanilla frosty. See where I'm going with this? For the first time in years, probably since I was a kid, I had a root beer float. It was absolutely divine. I definitely only finished half when I got a sugar overload... And for you Thrill-Seekers out there, I also bought a bag of sweet potato fries. DOUBLE Treat! Not only are they delicious, but they're good for you too. They're cholesterol free and are an excellent source of beta carotene. In the body, beta carotene is converted into Vitamin A which is helpful in preventing cancer and heart disease; it even helps to boost immunity. (The list goes on!)  Sweet potato fries are definitely a great substitute for regular fries. Enjoy! Comment below and tell me what your treat of the day was :)
