Dang, already? Am I the only one who didn't realize until yesterday that the BET Awards '11 were scheduled to air today at 8pm? Either way, I'm excited to see how it all goes down this year. The pre-show begins at 6 pm, followed by the actual show at 8 pm, and of course after the party it's "The Afterparty" at 11 pm. Kevin Hart is hosting so I look forward to the show being hilarious. I'm hoping that Kevin Hart throws in a 'say it wit yo chest' just for old times sake. BET always manages to surprise us viewers in a grand way with the show opener so that should be interesting. Beyonce, Jill Scott, Chris Brown, Drake, Lil Wayne, Alicia Keys and others are slated to perform, but I think we'll all be watching for Beyonce and Chris Brown. I'll be tweeting for at least the first hour (@IamTyKi) about the show because True Blood Season 4 premieres at 9 pm on HBO and there's no way I'm missing that *kanye shrug*. Anyway, enjoy the show.
